· One Euro Style Signature album with 14-5x7’s from the gown fitting, bridal portrait session and/or the couple session.
· Complete coverage of the ceremony rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner that follows without limitations on time or the number of images taken.
· Complete coverage of wedding day by Charles and Amy Tumbleston plus two additional photographers
· Coverage of any Sunday brunch activity if requested by Client.
· Choosing from over 4,000 images, the Tumbleston’s will edit and present the selection of approximately 2,000 photographs on the Internet at a password-protected website to facilitate viewing and ordering by family and friends.
· Two sets of10x13 Image Magazines containing the selection of photographs in professional grade binder-style albums.
· One Exquisite Large Image Box bound in soft leather and containing up to 24 custom detailed photographs presented one-per-page on oversized mats.
· Three large leather bound albums in the bride’s choice of our Traditional or oversized Contemporary style, each containing 100 custom detailed photographs in any combination of color and/or black-and-white. Based on your list of favorite photographs, the Tumbleston’s will create each album designed individually, relating the wedding narrative in a magazine-style photo-documentary. Their flowing layouts blend full-page and smaller sized photographs in near-chronological sequence, arranged, sized and grouped to masterfully recount the wedding moments. Whether in color, black-and-white and/or Sepia, each image is custom detailed by Charles Tumbleston’s renowned in-house team of skilled retouching artisans. Images are printed only on professional-grade photographic paper for optimum clarity and maximum image life.
· Two Traditional (OR) Contemporary style Parent albums containing 50-5x7’s each for the Traditional style (OR) for the Contemporary style 6x8/6x6 duplicates of the large albums.
· Three 5x5 Mimi Contemporary flush-mount Albums containing the same 30-5x5 images each.
· Ten Heirloom photographs in any size up to 8x10. Heirloom color photographs are available on artboard backing; black-and-white Heirloom photographs are printed on heavyweight, warm tone fiber paper.
· One mounted and framed wall portrait any size up to a 30x40
· Two CD-Rom’s or DVD’s of all the Selections (copyright free).
· Guest Portrait Station: Surprise your guest with the option of having a professional portrait taken. Two assistants from Charles Tumbleston Photography will set up a background or an area in an inconspicuous place at your reception to give guest the option of having a profession portrait taken at your event.Photographs can be present it in a beautiful silver frame or keepsake folder and ready for guest as they depart your reception.

TERMS
A retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. Wedding packages must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the ceremony. Payment plans are available and must be in writing before the wedding. All deposits and or retainers all applied to your wedding package. In the event of a cancellation your retainer is non refundable.

· Travel expense reimbursement limited to these expenses incurred by the photographer(s) for the pre-wedding photo session (if special trip required), and for the wedding weekend: (1) round-trip discounted coach air tickets; (2) hotel (least expensive room(s) available at the host hotel plus taxes and any parking charges), and (3) rental car charges or taxi for transportation to and from airport, hotel, and photography locations (if rental car, generally a Ford Taurus, or vehicle with similar trunk space, at lowest available Hertz rate, fuel, taxes, and any tolls).

LIMITED TRAVEL EXPENSES ADDED WHEN APPLICABLE. SALES TAX IS NOT GENERALLY COLLECTED FOR OUT-OF-STATE OR INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW

The Traditional Album
Our Traditional Albums are produced by Art Leather and Leather Craftsman. They are bound in soft leather and remain the most popular way to showcase your wedding images. They are available in many different sizes and cover colors. Images can be mounted one-per-page or a combination of images on a page. Photographs are places under a black mat and secured in the album. Page edges are available in black, silver, or gold Mylar. Photographs may be removed at anytime if needed. These albums are archival and guaranteed for life.

The Contemporary Album
These albums are the ultimate showcase for your wedding images. Unlimited design options, and digital montage capabilities, make these books the modern choice of brides.
Photographs are flush-mounted in the album or printed directly on the archival book paper. Generally there are no mats in this album. Many refer to this album as the storybook, coffee table book, or the magazine photo Documentary-style. It is sleek and compact. It’s the chic and contemporary approach to showcase your photographs.

I-Mount Albums
These albums are a moderately priced and compact way to present your wedding photographs. They are great gifts for parents and grandparents or for small weddings. Photographs are flush mounted, one per side in a vertical book and are available in 4x5, 5x7, and 8x10 sizes. These books will hold 10, 20, or 30 photographs and cover colors are limited to black and brown.

Image Boxes
In every special event there are images that stand above the rest, capturing the emotion of the moment. It is for those photographs that the Image Box was created. Superbly matted, each Image Box collection of prints is a true work of art. The perfect add-on to a wedding or event, the Image Box is a beautifully finished display piece designed to hold individual portraits that deserve to be singled out from the album. This album is bound in soft leather where each photograph is presented one-per-page on oversized mats.

Rehearsal and/or Party Plus
A great add-on to any wedding package, the Rehearsal Party Plus is a great way to capture events leading up to your wedding day. Each hour is only $_________________plus you will receive all the photographs taken at the rehearsal and/or party copyright free on a cd-rom and all 4x6 photographs in an archival box.

Print Retouching
All photographs in any of our final albums will be retouched at no additional charge for basic shine, blemishes or dark-lines under the eyes. If additional extensive retouching is requested, we will be glad to fix or remove anything if possible upon request. All additional retouching estimated must be approved in writing by the customer on an individual print bases before the work begins.
